The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

A few years have passed since I graduated in 1979 with a degree in Nutrition Science. The week after graduation I married my high school sweetheart who had also just graduated from PSU with a Chemical Eng. degree. We are now 3 children and a few job changes later. I have become a more devoted Penn State fan as time has passed. Our daughter Natalie is a sophomore at PSU majoring in Marketing and Health Policy & Administration. She is in love with Penn State and has made her parents happy and proud. Our son David is in 11th grade and son Daniel is in 7th. My days are spent volunteering for the Unionville High School and Middle School where the boys attend. I have tried to educate my spirit as well and enjoy a weekly Bible study. As a family we have dubbed our TV room the Penn State room and it is chock full of memorabilia, blue and white recliners, etc. Each year we spend at least Arts Fest weekend visiting campus and checking out the goods. THON has become a passion for me and for the second year I have attended and watched in amazement the dedication of our students. Lastly, since the nest is beginning to empty I have found myself enjoying antiques and photography. The latter includes many pictures of Dear Old State.
